I am being charged of a crime of sexual battery - anally by a female who has fabricated the entire incident, she has made numerous inconsistent statements to law enforcement during the course of the investigation, she even told a compete different course of the event bay making another false allegations on Facebook, she even spoke back with the investigator and added additional false information. A forensic examination was done on her and she even told the forensic examiner a different account of the false allegations stating that I forcefully held her down by her waste, I forcefully held her hands and made her touch me, I held her down on bent over the bed by forcing my knees behind her knees and penetrated her anal, and she also told the forensic examiner that her anal was sore from being penetrated. The forensic examiner did a complete examination on her on the day of the false allegation, the forensic examination came back and the forensic examination report clearly stated the following information: "NO INJURIES" of her body and "NO ABNORMALITIES" to her anal which clearly indicated that she made a false allegation of a crime.

I'm sorry to hear that. Sounds as if you need an attorney, but you can't find one here. Your state Bar Association, your local Legal Aide or any law schools in your area should be able to find you some names to call. And I do mean call, not email.

cbg.

I do have an attorney that's working on things. I post my post to seek feedback from others on here to hear their point of view on the subject matter. It's sad that a person can make a false allegations; file a false report, that requires a great deal of manpower to investigate such claims, put a person through so much such as shame, defamation on their character, slanderous statements, invasion of one's privacy, malicious prosecution, going through the arrest process, and dealing with a great deal of stress in the process of trying to clear one's name.

Thanks for your response on this matter

Ask your attorney if s/he thinks it's a good idea to discuss your serious criminal matter on the internet.

You have NOTHING to worry about.

Just as the NORTH STAR lead slaves to freedom, sailors to safety, explorers to their desired location, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and even soldiers, DNA is the NORTH STAR that will buttress your cries of innocence.

All you need to do is discuss DNA with your attorney, because as you said, YOU DIDN'T DO IT, the absence of your DNA will scientifically exonerate you!

You need not open your mouth, deny anything, just allow your attorney to do her job, defend you aggressively and your DNA will shout, "Defendant" didn't do it!

I agree with you

I agree with you

Thank you, but I defer to the science of DNA, mate.

The science will do the talking for you.

The jury will see and hear what the science says, something along these lines: "DNA testing revealed that NONE of the defendant's DNA was found on or inside of the alleged victim.

Defendant was ruled out by the lack of his DNA at the alleged crime scene, or on the alleged victim. If the DNA says "dude's DNA wasn't in it, YOU must acquit!"

When you are acquitted, perhaps you might want to send a dollar or two to support one of the leader's in exonerating innocent people, "Innocence Project".

Innocence Project - Help us put an end to wrongful convictions!

I am being charged of a crime. . . .

Fascinating story. Do you have a question?

I post my post to seek feedback from others on here to hear their point of view on the subject matter.

Their "point of view on the subject matter"? You want folks' point of view about anal rape?

What you meant is that you want folks to opine about the charges against based solely on your one-sided, self-serving recitation of what happened. Right? I'm not saying or suggesting your version of the story isn't entirely accurate, but what good will it be to have the opinions of anonymous strangers about this situation? Only someone who is completely familiar with all of the facts, including what evidence the state has, can give you a useful opinion. That person is your attorney.

Who cares about some random strangers' points of view?

Every sexual assault allegation should be investigated. I would say "will" be but they aren't always. Why should every accusation be taken seriously? Because too many haven't and too many victims (female AND male) have had to suffer because their case wasn't taken seriously or sometimes not even investigated at all. Especially for male victims.

You have a lawyer. Communicate with your lawyer. Not on a public forum.
