I would like the owners to know how their staff is acting and treating the patrons, not on any horses.

Not hold the motel accountable and the reason I came to a legal site is because I don't want to get sued for something I say.

And feel free to ban me

Then write a letter to the owners. You can identify the owners on the county's property assessor website where the hotel is located.

You are on a question to make them pay for what they did!

As I said, it ain't gonna happen. You can bet that their story is going to be much MUCH different than yours.

The other thing to be aware of is that the motel owner, having read your letter, is under NO obligation to let you know what action is taken, or even if action is taken, or even if they've read it at all. If you are looking for someone to eventually acknowledge that the owners have fired the erring personnel, or even for someone to get back to you to with an apology, that may never happen.

I'm not sure how you posting a customer service issue on a legal message board will prevent that or make it less likely.
