In 2017 I discovered that my record hasn't been expunged by the judge that used to be assistant prosecutor 4 Saint Francis County. I was going to file a motion for a rule 51.05 using the fact that the judge (name redacted by mod) if had tried to prosecute me for three life sentences to assault in the first 1 armed criminal action in the first making that three life sentences.

Is it legal hurt a judge to expunge a record without informing person that's a record was being expunged.

I believe it was I don't have to tell you, that could not file a rule 51.05

Why would you think your record should be expunged?

51.05 is for civil, not criminal proceedings.

The last half of your post makes so little sense it isn't worth the time try and decode. it.

Just so you KNOW, an expungement doesn't cleanse the conviction the way a pardon would.

If you were convicted of a crime, that stains your record forever.

A pardon cleanses the conviction and removes it from your record forever.

NOTE: If you wish to keep your criminal record as clean as the day you were born, DON'T break any of their laws.

NOTE: If you OBEY all of their laws, neither pardon or expungement you'll ever need!

Your initial post is a bit hard to follow. But if you're wanting to know if an conviction that was supposed to be expunged (or that was) can count against you as a prior the answer is most certainly yes. That is an exception specifically called out by the Missouri expungement statute.

In February 2003 I was charged with 3 counts of class a felony's. On a lie from my wife at the time. Facing 3 life sentences. After people coming forward with pictures and 3 different statements. With 3 different story's from my wife at the time. The Court dropped all charges. But not before I had to bond out for $250,000. When they took me into custody I immediately offered the names and and passwords of all the sights documenting our lifestyle. Not to mention the names of witnesses that had actually caused the bruises they found. By 2 men that had been there and gone long before I ever got home from the rape crew I gig I ran security for. Well when I tried to file a motion to change the judge on a replevin that I was fighting filed by the ex-wife because she was the assistant prosecutor on the case in 2003. I discovered that the case's no longer appeared on case net. And had been removed by the judge that was to over see the replevin. Who had been the assistant prosecutor assigned back in 2003. The Replevin is still open. But keep being refused a court date being told that I need to hire an attorney. How do I get past this. To date representing myself I have won 4 court actions against me and 2 dismissed. Would appreciate some advice. If I can get a court date. I already know that I can win it under the eggshell skull tort law. Thank you. Would just like to get back my ministry's trailer. That I ran it out of. Thank you and have a blessed day

Your posts are incoherent. If you talk to the court like you speak here, you're are likely not to get anywhere. The advice to obtain an attorney is a wise one.

I apologize. Will have to execute a proper outline and repost. Researching case study's for my divorce tomorrow to file a motion for a Rule 51.05. And or a Rule 47.145. In the middle of the FBI investigation into the ex prosecutor of St. Francois County Jarrod Muharin because of his office stating that they never received 8 different complaints I filed in 2018. When I know for a fact that 3 were filed by 3 law enforcement officers I have been friend's with since high school. 1 of which is the chief deputy of St. Francois County. And 1 other the chief of police of Farmington Mo. So I will repost with an appropriate question with no extra details. Like I just did here
Sorry

I give up. How did a divorce action get into this? You were talking about criminal prosecutions and replevins before. What does FBI investigations in procesecutions have to do with changing a judge under 51.05? What on earth is rule 47.145. Rule 47 has exactly one section and it doesn't seem to have any applicability (which just says the court has to have sessions defined by law).
