Yes I have a friend she's 15 and she is pregnant and she wants to just make sure she is not getting lied to or manipulated. What is her rights for her doctor Visits and when she has the baby and in the delivery Room. In that situation does she have full control of all the decision making. She will be 16 in November and shall have the baby in October.

Your friend will be able to make decisions regarding her child. Your friend's parents will be able to make decisions regarding their child. (Generally speaking)

She has the right to make all medical decisions concerning the child, but her parents have the right to make (most) medical decisions for her.

She can say anything she likes. She'll have to discuss with the hospital staff the extent to which her requests in this regard will be honored.

What exactly is her concern?

Out of curiosity, does your friend know who the father is and, if so, how old is he?
