I work as a construction worker and I'm paid every Friday, I was told yesterday by my employer that he didnt get my "light duty time sheet" in on time for this weeks payroll so now I have to wait until the 30th of this month to be paid 2 checks, my problem is my car insurance is due this Friday. So I should have to suffer for a mistake that my employer made? Need advice asap!!

Ok, so the employer didn't get it in time. Who was responsible for that? Did you complete your time sheet late? Or was it something else?

Can you charge the insurance premium on a credit card or otherwise borrow the money you need to make that payment?

Living paycheck to paycheck isn't living, it is simply existing.

Ants, bees, even squirrels know enough to stash away provisions for some cold, dreary day.
