First let me start by saying I am a 50 year old man. About 7 years ago I met this girl and we became friends. She was very pretty, thin, blonde with beautiful green eyes. She used to bring her children to my apt on weekends and I would take them for lunch or dinner. Our relationship during those 7 years was strictly platonic but only because she wanted that. Long story short she got herself into doing crystal meth and a very bad casino habit. The state ended up taking her children and eventually soon after she lost her trailer and was living on the streets. One day she shows up at my door looking pathetic and asked if she could stay with me for a little while. I agreed like an absolute retard. Our relationship went from platonic to intimate and she became my girlfriend soon thereafter. Life was great for the first few months but then I started seeing her not coming home for 2-3 days at a time. I would get angry and tell her if you want to live with me and be my gf than you need to sleep here at night at the very least. Eventually this caused a massive text fight where I told her look don't even come here anymore, I don't need someone like you in my life. She started texting me crazy stuff like she wants to slash my throat and watch me bleed slow and than said she will call the police and tell them I raped her. She sent me 25-30 texts with crazy threats like that. I never raped a woman in my life, in fact I'm actually so non aggressive sexually women have gotten mad at me in the past. So now If I legally attempt to evict her and her her out of my life she's going to file a rape charge against me. My right hand to G-D, I've never touched a woman disrespectfully. I've never been in any trouble with the police in my life including any traffic tickets in the past 20 years. What should I do. I'm freaking the hell out.
