2 weeks ago honorable Judge gave me temporary primary physical custody of my two-year-old daughter but I still haven't seen my daughter the mother has not delivered her to me so just recently she was served with a order to show cause at the same time I have a stay away order of protection placed on my daughter's mother, she has pulled out knives on me has threatened to cut off my penis and has hit me and yelled at me in front of the children and I have evidence.
Can my order to show cause be denied when we go to court? Can the mother contest this order to show cause by bringing up my criminal history from 6 years ago it is a non violent felony? I've been clean and sober for over 8 years I do not engage in any illegal activities and have remained proactive for my children with medical and education.
What can possibly happen at this order to show cause hearing? The mother has not been compliant and right now I have primary custody of our 9 year old son at home and she has not made any attempts to see him it's been a month now since she's last spoken to him or seen him.

No one can predict what a judge will rule.

You'll just have to appear on the date at the hour of the hearing, participate as necessary, and await the outcome.

The judge determines what evidence is admitted, and what isn't allowed to be admitted.

Yes and yes. Both of these things are, in the abstract, possible.

What can possibly happen at this order to show cause hearing?

Attempting to create a list of the dozens or hundreds of things that "can possibly happen" would serve absolutely no useful purpose.

I suggest you at least consult with a local family law attorney.
