NC Speeding, prayer for judgement

I recently moved to NC from CT.

I have not changed my car registration or my driver's license yet.
But I did change my auto insurance to be NC.

I got a speeding ticket, 51 in 35 zone in NC

If I go to court, apply for a prayer for judgement(does it mean I'm pleaing guilty?), will this record be forwarded to CT DMV? If so, how is it gonna show, since there is no prayer for judgement in CT.

If I do use the prayer for judgement, is it once every 3 years per policy or per driver? (since my husband is also on the policy)

After I use the prayer for judgement, can I still use the 9 miles over rule for the insurance to ignore it?

What's my best option?

Thank you
