I lived with my fiancé in White Haven. In February the relationship, because the realationship had become unsafe I had to leave 35 years of belongings. Antiques , Housel hold goods , family heirlooms and misc. Items. I have my change of address and also a copy of our joint bank account. The day after I was forced to get on a plane to Arizona and my only support other than homeless. My X- fiance , withdrew 14,000.00 from our shared account.
The relationship , has cost my life untold hardships, of which I will suffer in ways I cant begin to describe.

I am in total shell shock and my friends are meeting all my needs because of the unbelievable wreck of my life and 36 years of hard work. I lost everything over the horrible end of this relationship. I did not have the funds to obtain a mover. I found a man who buys and sells at the local flea market , near our home in White Haven. The gentleman withdrew his assistance I suspect he may have been threatened.

I have secured another friend who is willing to pick up my belongings, and not charge me. Now my X-fiancé is ignoring my attempt to confirm with him , so my friend can organize his schedule to fit this favor. My emails and my fathers calls are being ignored.

The value for me to purchase all my belongings are around 9,000.00. I have been in Arizona since February. I place a call to White Haven police department to request a wellness check. He does have a serious back injury and he is scheduled to turn himself in for a long term prison sentence. His new girlfriend , and he were together attempting to drive me literally crazy. When I left , he immediately blocked my calls and twisted and cause me so much emotional grief and torment.

What if any options do I have. I have no money , I am 53 and destitute. I had to leave 2500 miles away from my 16 year old son. I lost the job of a lifetime. Please help me in the right direction.

Thank you Kathleen

You can request the police meet you and your pal at the location to do a civil standby while you retrieve some of your stuff.
I say some, because the police will give you 15-20 minutes to collect your stuff.
Otherwise, you'll have to go court and seek monetary compensation, or a court order directing the former playmate to give you our junk.

Ouch Kat that's awful, maybe you shouldn't have stolen my coin collection and been such a dreadful wench while in the employ of my father. Smoking in the house when you were tasked with being his health aide? Misuse of funds? Drug and alcohol use? Unsanitary conditions of the home? Wow total surprise your stranded out in AZ like I told you're before in the kitchen, you're not very bright or likable.

The coin collection in question was recently found on my Father's property, I owe Kathleen an apology for falsely accusing her of being responsible. It is I who am not very bright for hiding valuables only to lose track of their whereabouts, unfortunately this coincided with the time of Kat's departure from the property and under the circumstances wrongly concluded she was the culprit.

If it offers any consolation my father will turn 93 in April and Kathleen was part of the team which helped get him there, best of luck going forward and hope you are well.

Wow! 16 years on legal websites and this is the first time I have ever seen two parties to the same situation ending up in the same thread.

I've seen it once or twice before (I say once or twice because one thread was opened by A about B and B opened a thread about A) but it's definitely uncommon. I think we can consider this one closed, now, what do you all say?
