Hello my name is monica. This is my story. When I was ten years old I recieved a structured settlement in niagara falls, ny. We moved to florida were my other still lives. When i was 22 I migrated to australia and married. When I was 30 I was suppose to recieve 107,000 dollars in the last payment of the stuctured settlement. My mother took it. I was a mess emotionally for a while. It has been 9 months i don;t think she has any intention of giving it to me. I tried to contact the lawyer in Ny but he never responsed. My husband works 6 days a week and we are just making it. Can anyone help me?

Try contacting another lawyer (or several). You can try making a police report, although your absense from the country complicates things, as does the intra-family aspect. You've probably waited too long to get any help from the annuity company, but you can try that as well.
