Are you working and paying 100% of your own expenses without the help of your boyfriend or anyone else?

No?

Then you don't get emancipated.

BTW, it doesn't matter when you turn 17 since the age of majority in your state is 21.

In the State of Mississippi, the age of emancipation is twenty-one (21).

There is no state statute providing for earlier emancipation.

Emancipation of a specific minor is a subjective matter for the court based on all the facts and circumstances involved.

Earlier emancipation may be determined by a judge if the child marries, joins the military, or in very limited circumstances, obtains other full time employment and establishes residency outside the custodial parent's home.

Typically, when there is abuse in the household, neglect, a failure to provide parental duties of support, or other factors indicating the potential for harm to the child, a court may be more likely to find that emancipation is in the child's best interests.

Yeah read all that already thank you

Your boyfriend would be smart to disappear from your life before he ends up in jail.

You say "they" are looking for you. Who are they? Parents? School? Police? Have you been reported missing?

As above, emancipation isn't an option. Having run off from home doesn't help.

The best thing you could do for yourself is return home, obey your parents, wait until you are 18, then do what you want.

Right now you are setting up some dominos that will all fall in a row and make your life more difficult and possibly lands others in jail.

You can't.

Also realize that since you left without your mother's permission she can come and get you anytime she wants. She can report you as a runaway and your adult boyfriend can be in trouble for allowing you to stay with him.

Life is full of stress. You better learn to deal with it.

I didn't say, do you have a job. I said, do you have a job that pays you enough so that all by yourself, without any assistance, you can pay for rent, food, utilities, clothing, transportation, insurance, medical care, staples, school fees and supplies, and all the other incidentals of life while still going to school and getting better than average grades?

I'm betting you don't.
