Help very much needed!

Does anyone know about what documents you need to fill-in in an arbitration with a company in California? Should you send them your evidence before it starts? Need to move it forward.
Have recently contacted consumer groups but are also happy to listen to your experiences

Depends on what the arbitration is about, who is claiming what, and what you hope to accomplish by filling in documents.

Please provide details.

I think it should be labelled as consumer fraud. A software who does not work as described and in return caused damages. I think they should pay by providing their customer a faulty product. The arbitration is in San Francisco.
