the question that i am stumped on is how long do i have to wait until i will be able to start the process of expungement and what charges cannot be expunged?? I just recently completed years of adjudicated probation for a possesion charge (posession of cocaine). And yes i will admit this one charge is now the title of who everyone thonk i am but i feel that one mistake should nopt define who i am and must i add first charge that i took the blame for... I Need Help.

An expungement doesn't cleanse the stain. You'd need a pardon to do that. Pardons aren't doled out to common folks. Pardons are for billionaires.

An expungement tries to hide the stain, cover the stench.
It may work in some situations, it may not in others.
Don't mislead yourself.
Anyway, here's the information on expungements in Florida.

Educate yourself, OP:

I have a similar predicament. Same state as above. Not the same charge, but a felony nonetheless (non sex offense). My adjudication was not withheld. I would like to know if it's possible to have this adjudication decision repealed, as I was not aware of the long-term ramifications. I originally qualified for a withhold via "youthful offender program" (or something of the like), but the victim fought for a conviction and the judge granted it. It was, however, eight years ago. Is this even in the realm of possibility? Thank you in advance for your time.
