I was in my dorm room with a girl I'd met earlier that day, we were in bed together, clothes on when I started tickling her. Things were going good then she freaked out and left. The next thing I know 3 gorilla sized dudes knock at my door saying I tried to rape her. Not sure if they'll go to the police, but wtf, its my word against hers and with cases like these the guy is always presumed guilty.

HELP ME SOMEBODY!!!!!

As always(!), what is your location?

What are the ages involved? (not making any assumptions about your conduct, just might assist with possible outcomes)

Who were the "gorilla dudes?," brothers?

When did this happen? Anything happened since?

Haha!! No!

I mainly investigate traffic accidents, so you are safe!!

Anyway, this forum is an anonymous resource so you should be fine and besides I am not an Admin just a fellow member like yourself :) And also, I am in the UK and I suspect that you may not be!!

Hope that helps to reassure you!

Sorry!

Didn't mean to accuse you of doing anything shady here.

I'm 20, and I'm guessing she is about 19 or 20 too.

Best I can tell the gorilla dudes were just friends of hers.

happened last night in NY.

Personally, if I had that turn of events occur to me, I would be inclined to cease any non-vital communication with her or her gorrillas, and just remember that if you didn't try to rape her, then you didn't try to rape her.

If you have any Police contact (which I personally doubt if things happened like you said above ~ this appears to just be a bully, stick-up-for-mates tactic), then just maintain what happened and stick to the truth. You mentioned dorm room so I'm guessing Uni? Do you have any campus-linked Police (I hear of them often); if things go further, more threats for example, it may be worth having a chat to them??

Not sure of your particular circumstances, but it may also be a good idea to have a chat to your parents/guardians if this goes *any* further just so that they can help and support you.

But as above, stay away from them as much as possible. I would think that if you don't hear from them again very soon that it was just a threat from them to stay away from her.
