Criminal Law expired greencard ,misdemeanor enough for deportation?

well here is my story . i received my GC in 1991 i had a DUI in 1999 went to court was to days in jai.pay fines i believe i had one year probation dont remember. i renewed my green card in 2001 had no problems,then in 2009 i had another DUI wich it was a little over ten years from the first one,i blew 0.069 wich it was below the legal limit i didnt pass the rest of sobriety test i could not afford a lawyer so they got me public defender, he got me a reckless driving alcohol related a misdemeanor class B, i also had an open container wich is a misdemeanor class C, the gave me a fine to pay ,i have been unemployed for long time so havent pay the fine ,they send me to collections. i havent file taxes for 4 years because of being unemployed . my GC expired a month ago,so my cuestion is if i renew my green card can they denied it can i be deported, if not will have problems if i want to apply for citizenship instead? thank you for your response.

You need to speak directly with the immigration authorities (Homeland Security).

But, before you do, I'd find an immigration lawyer.

Can they put you in jail?

Buddy, they can do worse than that to anyone these days!

See a lawyer, ASAP.

im from cuba i had 2 dui about 12 years ago i need to renew my green card
