Harassed by Neighborhood Kids

I've been living in my house since I was born and I'm currently 15 and the house is about 20 years old. About a few years ago we had a lot of new neighbors move in our neighborhood and the neighbors had kids and now, chaos. My mom, my sister, and I were driving home one night and a kid threw a water ballon at our car. My mom pulled over and yelled at the kid, he and his friends just laughed. A week later another kid wrote swear words and threats on our garage door and driveway. I had friend on my street who saw him writting in the pink chalk. I told the grandmother and she told me to tell her if there were any further problems. I haven't have had any trouble from that kid ever since, however his siblings still do stuff to our yard. Then a month later I came home from my piano lessons and I saw and bunch of kids from across the street digging up the grass in our yard. I asked them why they did this and they said that they didn't have any grass on their yard so they were taking ours. I tried to talk to the parents but they wouldn't listen to me, insisted that I was mistaken, and the kids are still doing the same thing to our yard. Unfortuantely my mother put a screen on my window so I couldn't spray the kids with my old squirt gun when they ride their bikes over our sprinklers, we've had to replace them at least 5 times. Last week, my school friend's brother, who also lives on my street, tried to shine his watch in my eyes, threw my water bottle across the yard (that I needed since I was sick), called be a whale (even though I'm at a normal teenage size), and tried to uproot the flowers in the front yard. His sister and I tried to get him to stop, even though he wouldn't. I finally slammed him up against the wall and punched him in the stomach, and I'm not a violent person. He said that he was going to tell his parents and I slapped him and told him that he should also tell them how he was behaving. He came back later with a few friends (that were also known to get in front of our car in the street and just stand there for a few moments smiling at us the entire time) and I pulled out my cellphone and pretended to call the police and they all left. It's not just one single kid whose harassing us, it's all of the neighborhood kids. So I can't just call the police because I don't know where exactly they all live. I have lived in my house for all of my life and I shouldn't have to move just because of them. What should I do? They tend to run into the street when ever were leaving our house or coming home and they throw stuff at our car. This morning I found gum in our flowers and crude chalk drawings all over our driveway. My mom and sister don't even try to do anything about this so it's up to me to resolve this. I don't think that running them all over with my boyfriend's dad's truck when I get my drivers license is a good idea. Can I sue the parents for not watching there kids and the kids actions. Is it legal to do the same things back the the kids who I know where they live? Can I do the same thing back to them? If it helps I live in Nevada.

Get a video camera, record it and call the police. This is vandalism and is punishable by law. I would videotape everything. Carry the video camera with you at all times or a camera, but get your evidence! Trust me when you start recording it they will stop. Even if you have no film in the camera, act like you do. Once they see that you are recording them, they will not want to be "CAUGHT ON TAPE"!

They're Baaack

Unfortunately, the kids are back to being their usual braty selves. My currently ex-friends little brother convinced his parents and all the neighbrohood kids that I was in the wrong and he was right. He told his parents that I hurt him and they hate me and his sister came to my house tonight. I found out from the sister that she was punished for what he did. We were calmly talking then his friends rode their bikes on our driveway and told her that the brother was looking for her and he was really worried. Then they turned to me and said that his parents were angry and that I shouldn't have scratched his face. I told them to get off my property. They told the little brother and he was all angry and then one of the girls (around 12 I think) asked how I was being harassed. I told her about him shinning his watch in my eyes and him throwing my water bottle across the yard. The kids said that the siblings were just playing with my water bottle and that I had no reason to be mad at him. I finally just pulled out my cell phone and made it look as though I was calling the police. They all left then the sister told me that she thought I was her friend. Do I have the right to file harassment on all of the kids? I doubt that I can keep on filming them and pretending to call the police forever.
