My high school teacher gave me alcohol

I want to know who I sue and how I sue them and what type of lawyer to get if my teacher in high school tried to get me to do sexual acts to him through messages and video tape it for him. He also said very detailed sexual things to me. He also gave me and my friend over two hundred dollars worth of alcohol on school property and made us carry it around school in our backpacks the entire day, and extra cash over one hundred dollars to do whatever we wanted with the money. I just graduated high school and this happened my senior year. I need to do something asap before the new school year starts back. Can I sue the school district because he is working for them? I do not know what type of case you would call this or what category my case would be in, but I do want to sue for sure if i have a case here.

You posted under criminal law, so can we assume that you have reported all of this to the police? Can we also assume that you reported it to the school board?
 
I didn't know where to post it or what to put it under, and no i have not reported yet or to the school board. That is why I'm asking for advice because i do not know what to do. I'm only 18 and just out of high school.

You should speak to your parents, guardians, or a trusted older adult about all of this. You should have them accompany you to speak with the police. Take your proof and tell your story. Good luck!!!

I don't have any parents. I'm on my own. So do I file a police report and have the man prosecuted before I can sue?

Or is it because I won't be sucked into your quest for a lawsuit for something that doesn't really seem to have bothered you too much since you never alerted the police or school officials?

Well, good luck. I think you'll need it, as well as LOTS of evidence.
 
My bad i thought i hit the positive rep. sorry, and I don't think you know anything about me or what bothers me, and it was possible I never told the school because I was scared because he got threatening towards me. Also I have plenty of evidence. Messages and texts from him. So thanks.
 
You sound like you are fishing to make money. I don't particularly doubt your story just your motives. This is a criminal matter, you are not likely to profit from it. You seem completely interested in the money, that isn't what you are going to get.
