no certified letter before foreclosure

Hi
I received a letter today saying that my house was going into foreclosure, but the only problem is I never signed for a certified letter from my mortage lender giving me a warning. so what do I do now. please help me thank you

If it were me, I'd speak to my lender ASAP. You have to know if you're current with your payments. These days, get 90 days behind, foreclosure is a very likely outcome!

If PA is a non-judicial foreclosure state they likely have to send you a foreclosure letter that is certified. They usually send one certified and one regular mail. If the regular mail one reached you write back to them and tell them that you never received the certified. It will likely stop your foreclosure for the moment.
