I have stopped payment on several loans.. unsecured including a payday loan. I am filing for chapter 7 bankruptcy and do have a lawyer but have to pay the fees before they can file my bankruptcy. My question is.. How fast can they freeze my bank account after I miss a payment? I am in Tennessee...
