Yes an attorney told me that my income disqualified me for chapter 7

I looked into it and I’m not allowed to file a 7 cause of my income

I don’t have no money and at the time I was in college and unemployed and yes it will be stopped

I contacted them with a payment plan at the time I was still unemployed and was getting unemployment and told them I can do $200 a month and they said it wasn’t good enough... then when I got my taxes I offered $6000 and they said they couldn’t take that... so here bout two weeks ago I offered...

In 2000 I did a voluntary repo to ford motor credit. In 2010 received some paperwork in the mail from a lawyer in Knoxville Tn that I was being sued for the car... all the events took place in Washington State and I had move right after I did the voluntary repo... so I never received and paper...
