I am in Massachusetts and a 60 to 70 foot tree fell onto my property from a neighboring property. Who is responsible for the removal and cleanup of the fallen tree, the owner of the property it came from or the owner of the property it landed on? please cc your answer to wardia3@juno.com
If a tree falls and lands completely onto anothers property is the owner of the property the tree was originally on responsible for removal ? This would be by Massachusetts law
