thank you very much. he says he is broke. he owns a roofing bis and doesnt have anything except maby some assets. is it possible if he doesnt have the money i could try to take something of value. also he hired a lawyer as soon as i asked for the money.

in august of 2008 i was going to buy a house, so i put 17,000 down 10,000 was to go tward the closing on the house, 5,000 was a deposit and the other 2,000 was for first months rent. i rented it untill my credit was good enough to buy it. well after a year it still wasnt good enough to buy it so...
