i got pulled over for speeding, 58 in a 45 zone. I dont have insurance but the cop didnt really ask me for it. He just asked for license and registration and he wrote me the ticket. I got a letter a few days later saying the fine was 114 dollars. If i pay the fine do i still have to go to court...
