I was given a ticket for encroaching into an accident scene, at nite"Traffic Control Device", on the ticket;#313.01
There was a cop car
on the left cerb & a Utility truck on the right cerb with the road "VERY" open between them & there
were "NO" cones or tape accross the road & "NO" person...
