    For real? The cop told me it's a Class C Misdemeanor and that it's just the same as getting a speeding ticket. I really hope it's just a fine, though.

    Today I got caught shoplifting from JC Penny's for less than $50. I'm 16, in Texas. They told me and my mom that I would have to appear in court, on a date that a letter will say.
