A letter to the Judge?
A friend of mine recommended that I go above my lawyer, accept my guilt, and write a letter to the Judge.
(the lawyer has seemed to do little except make the case longer with no set court date in the future)
Any downsides to doing this?
What do you think the charges will be? I know the maximum penalties in FL but that's worst case scenario.
Will the military letter of intent help any? I'm not trying to pull that in, but this has been on hold for so long now.
