MY EX BOYFRIEND has custody. I do not. THEY live in washington state. I do not. HE wants to move the children to MEXICO. I do not want them to go there. Is there anything I can do?

I'm new here, so bear with me :) My ex-boyfriend, who has custody of our two kids, wants to move them to Mexico. I don't want them to go. Is there anything I can do? They currently live in Washington State and I live in Alaska, however I am in the process of relocating to Washington State...
