I have filed for divorce in my county. Now they are saying when I go before the judge I must make a statement and prove up my divorce. Do you know what I will have to say?
I lost a summary judgement in which I am told to pay back the money to the creditor however this account is WAY past the statute of limitations. Is there anything I can do? How do I appeal and what if anything can I appeal?
