isnt this proof isn't a forensic interview proof enough if a young child tells of the abuse in the interview and names the person?

Legal Question Is it legal for DCS to know that there is sexual abuse to a three year old yet leave them in that situation until further investigation? This child has already been through a forensic interview and named the perpetrator? Shouldn't there at least be some kind of supervised visitation?
