Thank you. I am attempting to assist an employee in this matter. I agree on the morality of the situation but must operate within the confines of our corporate policies. Was really hoping it would be in favor of the employee.

An employee's camera was stolen while using it for work. This took place off-site while taking photos of a client. We do require our photographers to use their own equipment or rent gear from the company to perform the work. Are we, the company, liable for the stolen equipment of the employee?
