Thank you for the response. The intent of the donor was to have it only used for vacation not a permanent residence by others. This was not written in the trust , but the donors intentions were clear to all .
Can someone who has exclusive use of a property as designated by a trust have the right to have another person live in that property. The property is a vacaction home and her son wants to move in.
