I don't have a problem with his family bonding with her, but HE is a drug addict...and so are his friends and I don't want to my child left alone with any of them, and it was my hope that if I can force the issue with his mother, he won't even consider leaving her with one of his doped up...
My ex (not husband) and I have a temporary visitation order in place for my 7 month old. The exact wording on the document states "the Plaintiff may have the child from..." and then lists the various times for weekends and holidays. It does not include a clause about transportation, however...
