I have a tenant in Rockland County, in a 2 unit home. Lease is only since July 15, 2009. Rent due on 1st of each month. Paid late in August, and has still not paid for September. First said will have on 15th, then 16th, now will have it on Friday 18th. I obviously will have a problem each month...
