now that i went to court and have been fined, the judge put under my "case study" as "probation" until the end of summer. as well as my instalment payments are under "probation" i dont have to start paying until sept.

well, i went to court, plead guilty and was fined $400 big ones.and apparantly she was a very lenieant judge on first offenders according to the bailiff
im on summer probation, the judge said something like i could apply for a job w/o saying i've been arrested for petty theft until...
can someone tell me the difference between pleading "guilty" and "no contest"?
