Yeah, i had the same thing done to me. It's called a PFA. Protection from Abuse order. What you can do is contact DHR and let your case worker handle the visitation. If the state orders them that they let you see your child and they don't, they will be in contempt. Another good way to go...
Well, in AL, 16 is the age of consent. I don't know much about other state laws. But you could most definately nail him for sex with a minor if you get her rape tested and can prove it. By the way, i believe thats a Class A misdemenor.
