Duranie, Thanks for the reply. Actually, I believe the vehicle is in both our names but I am making the payments.

Currently in divorce proceedings - finances are getting tight - can I have my soon to be ex-wife's vehicle repossesed (the vehicle is in my name). What kind of repercussions might this act generate with respect to the divorce settlement?
