My girlfriend(ex) had to have her car repaired to the tune of $1448. So I helped her out and put it on my credit card, with her saying,"I`ll pay you back when I get my income tax back". That was in august of 07, now its August 08 and she has`ent paid me a cent. What is my best course of action...
