if u sign your rights over do u still have to pay child support. I let my sons dad do this 8 years ago and he still sees his son can i get support.:yes:
When i was 18 I let my sons father sign his rights away. And stoped getting childd support . I am now 28 and he has cerebral palsy . Do we still have the right to child support?
