I had a Reckless Driving Speeding(Misdemeanor) in Virginia on Oct 2010 when I was driving 83 but the speeding limit is 65. I did hire a lawyer but it was still convicted a Misdemeanor.
The fine was only $90 and I paid it.
I got another speeding ticket on 2011 and it was just a minor...
