i have rented a shop to a tenant(shopkeeper) 50 years ago now the shop rent is Rs. 35 per month, the shop was locked since last 8 years and shopkeeper had died 10 year ago. his son was busy in other profession. The cealing of shop fell down some week back and now shop"s wall may fell down...
