Thanks for that info! I have a 1F# and an 1TCA (from what I can tell) on the paperwork. Which I guess could be a model serial number but it's for sure the one they used to initially submit for my registration. Mine is a 2005 and is definitely on a Ford chassis.
According to the DMV there is a VIN for the chassis and another for the actual home on the chassis. They tried to register the "home" which caused the registration issue. But you know, thanks for trolling a thread that you absolutely had no knowledge in which to help.
Actually there are 2 VINs listed on the contract. I found out about this at the DMV when trying to register for a tag. They sent over registration request for the incorrect VIN as well.
