I was given a ticket in San Diego for stepping on to the sidewalk with an alcoholic drink in my hand. The cop said it would cost around $30.00. I never received the ticket in the mail. It could be because they spelled my last name wrong. Anyway now it is in collections and the ticket is $200.00...
