I do have an attorney--however at this point the magistrate has given local children services the "right" to periodic home visits--well so far I've had 3 this week!:mad:

The right to rear a child is a basic and essential civil right. In re Hayes (1997), 79 Ohio St.3d 46. A parent must be given every procedural and substantive protection the law allows prior to terminating that parent's rights to the child. I too have a case with "CPS". I am college educated...
