The reasons for annulment were not stated. There was a box that was selected that indicated fraud, but that's it. Proving damages would be difficult though, I do understand that.
My marriage was recently annuled in California. The reason stated was fraud, and my ex-wife stated the reason as such that after 4 years, I told her I was gay. However, this is untrue and I'm not gay. Can she be held liable for damages due to defamation of character?
