How long does it take to be put on the retail theft database and if you get charged in mass but another store in nh subscribe to the database and had suspicions of you stealing but never confronted you or actually saw you take anything can they press charges against you

What does crb mean and basically if i do the diversion and the case is dismissed the charge is in my record but not a conviction?

I worded it wrong would the charges be dropped and if so would it come off of my record
