One cause of tires and two brakes do not go bad that fast the brake pads was so worn that they had to have been bad when i bought it. The owner agreed to pay for repairs i have the text but he reneged on deal $360. too repair them And per contract its 90 day warranty bumper to bumper.

No that they do not however at very least its a black mark on their record. I also made a complaint to n.h inspection people as car should never had a sticker on it.
