they have his SS# but i was told by a case manager at friend of the court that they can't do an employment check without a show cause hearing. My case is through Washtenaw county, but I now live in Wayne county.
i know he is working at a gas station, but not the name of it or where its at. They told me the only way they can find out without having that information is to have a "show cause hearing". They sent me the application for one but told me that the state of Mchigan is quite backed up right now...
