any update yet? has holihan tried to make contact with you again? they just sent me another letter that if i dont respond in 7days, they will pursue legal action...im trying to get in contact with nike legal dept but no luck yet, Consumer affairs was of no help either.

oh sounds good....i wont even reply them...i will just reject any more fedex mails they send out to me and tell the postman they have the wrong person...the lady sounds so rude and unprofessional, she is just too pushy and it made me feel the whole thing was fishy...and why in the world...
