Thanks everyone I appreciate all the reply,i make a decision im calling the bank and reporting the dealer.

Its not in the contract they wanna a separet check for it the bank is not aware of it.

I just purchased a 2005 Explorer and while in the dealers office my credit application was approved with a thousand dollars down payment thru a bank from california but the sales person said the bank are back charging the dealer any other 1200 dollars cause my credit score its low so I must pay...
