This happend in nebraska, i am 19 and i have a previous theft charge but I got a deffered judgement on that. I am also on probation right now for a DUI.
I was an employee at a grocery store when they charged me with theft. I plan on pleading not guilty and trying to get the charge dropped. If I do get the charge dropped do i still have to pay the restitution? Do I need to go to civil court to get that dropped? The police never had me give a...
